Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; dental assistant certification preferred.
Experience
Experience in dental assisting preferred but not required Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused attitude Ability to work well in a team environment Knowledge of dental office procedures and hygiene practices
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Take X-rays and help prepare dental equipment
- Manage patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Provide patient education and aftercare instructions
- Perform administrative tasks as needed (e.g., scheduling, inventory)
